LynPaw is an educational and entertainment service offering quizzes, rankings and knowledge battles. The service is free unless clearly stated otherwise.

2. Technical requirements

Use of the service requires an internet-connected device, a current web browser and support for technologies essential to website operation.

3. Rules of use

Users must comply with applicable law, avoid disrupting the service or manipulating quiz results and rankings, and must not publish unlawful, abusive or rights-infringing content.

The operator may remove invalid entries and restrict access to features for users who breach these rules.

4. Results and rankings

Quiz results and rankings are provided for educational and entertainment purposes. Users may voluntarily provide a nickname displayed in public rankings. Fraudulent, automated or inappropriate entries may be removed or corrected.

5. Liability

The operator aims to keep the service available and functioning correctly but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, infrastructure failures or external providers.

6. External services

The service may use Cloudflare, Google Firebase / Firestore and Silktide Consent Manager. Further information is available in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

7. Intellectual property

Quizzes, questions, graphics, page layouts, the LynPaw name and interface elements are protected by intellectual property laws, except for third-party materials used under applicable licences. Commercial use without prior permission is prohibited.

8. Complaints

Complaints about the service may be sent to kontakt@lynpaw.com. The message should describe the problem and include information that helps identify it. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days.

9. Changes

The operator may develop, modify or remove service features and update these Terms. Important changes may be announced on the website.

10. Final provisions

Polish law applies to matters not covered by these Terms, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the user's country. These Terms take effect on publication.
