Privacy Policy for LynPaw.com

Last updated: June 2026

LynPaw respects the privacy of its users and aims to provide a safe and comfortable service.

1. Data controller

The data controller is:

Paweł Zaleski
Akacjowa 4/8
21-010 Łęczna, Poland

Privacy contact: kontakt@lynpaw.com

2. Information that may be processed

Information provided voluntarily

Technical information

Analytics information

After consent is granted, information about visited pages, visit duration and basic technical parameters may be processed. Cloudflare Web Analytics may be used for this purpose.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Processing may be based on consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), the provision of a service requested by the user, or the controller's legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), particularly security and service development.

4. External services

Cloudflare, Inc.

Cloudflare supports content delivery, performance, protection against attacks and, after analytics consent, website traffic measurement.

Google Firebase / Firestore

Firestore may store quiz results, nicknames, ranking information and technical result identifiers. Live features connect according to the user's consent settings.

Silktide Consent Manager

Silktide Consent Manager stores and manages choices concerning optional cookies and similar technologies.

5. Your rights

You may have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict processing of your data, request data portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish Personal Data Protection Office or the competent supervisory authority in your country.

Because LynPaw does not require an account or email address, handling some requests may require information identifying a specific result or nickname.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Strictly necessary technologies operate without optional consent. Analytics and future marketing technologies are enabled only after the relevant consent. Preferences can be changed using the “Cookie settings” button.

7. Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used, including adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Retention

Information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide quizzes and rankings, maintain security and develop the service, or until consent is withdrawn where processing is based on consent.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as LynPaw develops. The latest revision date appears at the top of this document.
